Each paper must be presented by one of the authors listed in the submitted abstract. Paper presentation by a colleague, who is not listed in the abstract, is not allowed.
The official language of the conference is English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.
The time allocated for oral presentations is:

Be sure to arrive at the oral session room at least 20 minutes before the beginning of the session and greet the chairpersons. It is preferred that all the speakers in a session remain in the room for the entire session.
After the session, the audience appreciate to discuss with the speakers about their presentations. This aims to promote exchanges among participants and extend the questions and answers session in a more relaxed atmosphere, while enjoying the coffee or lunch break.
Technical conditions to be defined soon
Be sure to be connected to the oral session at least 20 minutes before the beginning of the session and greet the online chairperson. It is preferred that all the speakers in a session remain in the room for the entire session. In order to avoid any disconnection problems, you must prepare a video of your presentation: file name should indicate your presentation ID + author’s name (eg. Mo-1A-1_Author) using only mp4 format, and upload it on the your profile page one day prior to the presentation.

Prepare your presentation
- 16:9 aspect ratio
- File name should indicate your presentation ID + author’s name (eg. Mo-1A-1_Author.pptx)
- Use of animation: If you plan to use animation, you MUST test it carefully with an equivalent set up before starting the session, onsite at the preview room (Level -1)
Upload your presentation file
All the oral presenters are asked to bring their presentation files with own USB flash drive. Please upload your presentation file to the PC at the preview room on the Level -1 at least 30 minutes before the beginning of your session. Please be sure to test and check all the presentation slides in advance to make sure they will work properly.
For online presentation please upload the file at least one day before your presentation on your profile page.
All presentation data will be completely deleted after the session.
Posters should be prepared in Portrait format using A0 format (841 x 1189 mm) to fit the poster panel.
Additionally, to enlighten the poster work and create more interactivity (onsite/online), a 3 min video is kindly requested to all poster presentation: file name should indicate your presentation ID + author’s name (eg. Tu-P-01_Author) using only mp4 format, and upload it on your profile page at least on Friday, October 22nd.
Authors are requested to put their poster on the panel before the end of lunch break. Poster panels will be equipped with identifying labels and pushpins.
After the session, all posters (except Invited Posters) must be immediately removed. Please note that all remaining posters will be disposed.
The organizers are not responsible for posters not collected by the authors.
Authors are requested to upload their poster presentation at least one week before the conference to be printed and, hence, put on the panel for onsite visibility. We kindly ask the authors to create and add on the poster a link (or QRcode, as preferred) for a visio session that enable to open a discussion session at poster time (Tuesday 17:00-19:00 or Wednesday 17:00-19:00 ; Paris time) using an online discussion system (preferentially Zoom, TEAMS, … depending on their own institution choice).
Upload your poster (PDF) and the link of your own session (URL of the invitation) on your profile page. Then the poster and the link to each author discussion session will be available also on the conference website and smartphone application.
Additional guide for Invited Poster Presentation
Invited posters will be introduced at the end of plenary session on Monday afternoon (5 minutes, without questions and answers) and displayed throughout the conference, Monday through Thursday. The available space for invited posters is two poster panels located side-by-side (size of the printed poster is 2 times A0). Authors of invited posters are requested to be available near their posters as much as possible during the Poster Sessions to promote discussions and exchange among participants.
